At the start of the appointment, we will contact you by the phone number that you have given us. If you do not answer, we will leave a message and try to contact you again every 5 minutes for the next 15 minutes.
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so with no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. There is a $25 cancellation fee for canceling after that, and no refund if you do not cancel prior to the start of the appointment.
